TESS Hose Management

THE CONCEPT

In short, TESS Hose Management (THM) is a database for hoses, where each hose is registered with along with hose units and other related equipment. All data can then easily be found in the system with a complete overview of the hose type, couplings, part numbers, certificates, service intervals, service history and other documentation.

THM was developed by TESS to prevent accidents, pollution and shutdowns in production. THM makes it possible - among many other things - to plan future service and maintenance on each hose, which is why the risk of leaks and bursts is significantly reduced.

The service interval is planned in the system in consultation with the customer and is assessed based on the type of hose, what the hose is used for, where it is used, in which environment; indoors or outdoors as well as the individual customer's quality standards.

THM FOR SIMPLE AND SMART ADMINISTRATION OF HOSES

  • Gathers all data and provides complete overview and history of each hose.
  • The hose is tagged with a label specifically designed to assist in harsh environments; UV, oil, salt, frost etc.
  • Each hose receives a unique ID number, which links to all registered data.
  • Ensures systematic, preventive service and maintenance of hoses and related equipment.
  • The service interval is agreed with the customer and registered in the system.
  • Simplifies reorder and general communication between the customer and TESS.
  • Provides total traceability: localization, installation, technical data, item number, certificates, service intervals & service history as well as other requested documentation, e.g. drawings.

THM THROUGH TESS DENMARK

At TESS Denmark we have Offshore Technicians, who are trained in the THM system. They can easily register your hoses in the system and teach your people how to retrieve and read the data.

In addition to production, pressure testing and delivery of the hoses, we offer a wide range of related services:
