Special hoses

At TESS we have a number of different types of Special Hoses for use offshore.
Below you can read about some of those Special Hoses.

Rotary Hoses / Vibrator Hoses

These hoses come with API 7K standard (ISO 14693-D and ISO 14693-E).

• GOLDENDRILL 5000 holds 5000 PSI working pressure in sizes 2" to 4".
• GOLDENDRILL 7500 holds 7500 PSI working pressure up to 3½".

Warm Guard / Fire Resistant Hose

This is the hose for extreme temperatures (up to 700 bar).

• Warm Guard is DNV-GL approved and can be supplied for API 16D and DIN22100 standard.
• Warm Guard has also developed a Super BOP 100 Control Hose for eg. offshore hydraulic systems.
