PILOT
This is a reliable hose with a single-layer of steel wrap for small dimensions with low pressure.
The Pilot Hose is a very compact, lightweight and flexible hose that can be used universally.
The hose consists of oil resistant synthetic rubber inside with 1-layer steel wrap and synthetic rubber outside.
This hydraulic hose manages temperatures from -40°C up to +120°C.
ROCKMASTER
The Rockmaster hydraulic hose is an extremely strong, resilient and wear resistent hose.
It is available in a wide range of sizes and for different pressures. It is especially used for construction machines and other installations which involve mechanical wear and tear.
This hose consists of oil resistant synthetic rubber inside with 1-layer steel wrap and synthetic rubber outside.
This hose has extremely high weather resistance, minimal development of toxic flue gases by fire and futhermore the Rockmaster possesses antistatic properties.
Certifications for the Rockmaster-class include: ABS, BV, DNV-GL, DNV-GL (MED), FRAS,
CU-TR, LR, MSHA. It manages temperatures from -40°C up to +100°C (+125°C for shorter periods).
ETERNITY
This hydraulic hose is a very flexible and compact 2-layer hose made of oil resistant synthetic rubber inside, durable rubber exterior and 2-layer steel wrap.
It holds a high pressure for a 2-layer hose and is especially used in high pressure hydraulic systems, as well as fuel and lubricating oil systems.
Eternity has several approvals like ABS, DNV-GL, DNV-GL (MED), FRAS, CU-TR, LR, MSHA.
This hose can handle temperatures from -40°C up to +121°C (+135°C for shorter periods).
EQUATOR
Equator is the ultimate high pressure hose for both high and low temperatures, as it operates from down to -55°C and up to +135°C for some media (+150°C for shorter periods).
In addition, it is very weather resistant and nothing less than the best hose in the market to resist ozone, UV and salt. This hydraulic hose is therefore especially used in the Maritime Sector anf Offshore.
Equator consists of oil resistant synthetic rubber inside, a 2-layer steel wrap and blue special rubber exterior.
It is of course both DNV-GL, ABS, BV, BV (MED), CU-TR, LR and MSHA approved.
SUPERFLEX
This hydraulic hose is, despite its 4/6 layer steel lining, an extremely flexible hose - SAE 100R15 Standard Hose. In addition, it is compact and easy to install.
It is used especially in high pressure hydraulic systems, as well as fuel and lubricating oil systems.
The superflex hose is made of oil resistant synthetic rubber, black durable rubber exterior and with 4-layer steel lining inserts up to 1" or 6-layer steel welding from 1 1/4" to 2".
This hydraulic hose manages temperatures from -40°C up to +120°C (+125°C for shorter periods).
