A Dry Break coupling consists of two parts, a Hose unit and a Tank unit - you will of course find both parts at TESS.
This quick-coupling is mounted on hose, pipe system or tank when bunkering eg. chemicals or oil, where it will prevent spillage by closing tight when disconnected.
Our Dry Break is completely drip-free and can be coded so media is not mixed together.
Both the Hose unit and the Tank unit are produced by Mann-Tek AB in Sweden and can be delivered from 1" to 8".
They are usually produced in stainless steel or aluminum, but can be made in other materials if desired.
Both parts are available with either thread (NPT or BSP), flange connection or Victaulic connection, and are compatible with TODO, Avery Hardoll and other.
